Our Services - Prosthodontics

Prosthodontists replace missing natural teeth with fixed or removable appliances, such as dentures, bridges, and implants.

Replacing Lost Teeth

Loss of natural teeth, whether in an accident or as part of the aging process, can be traumatic and affect your outlook on life. Simple pleasures - like smiling or going out to eat - become a source of stress or embarrassment. With the help of a prosthodontist, there are many options, if you have lost some or all your teeth.

Crowns, bridges, and full or partial dentures are just some of the procedures that can help you regain your smile and improve your appearance and self confidence.

Another option is dental implants, a more permanent solution that has improved greatly over the last ten years, thanks to the pioneering techniques of prosthodontists.

Whether you need to replace one tooth or many, a prosthodontist will work with you through every step of dental implant treatment, from an initial consultation through follow-up care.

Fixed Prosthodontics includes crowns, bridges and implants.

Removable prosthodontics includes removable partial and complete dentures and implant supported dentures.

CAD / CAM

CAD/CAM dentistry (computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing in dentistry), is a field of dentistry using CAD or CAM technology, to provide a range of dental restorations including crowns, veneers, inlays and onlays, fixed bridges, dental implant restorations.

Dentists use CAD/CAM technology to provide their patients with durable, well-fitted single and multiple tooth restorations in a more efficient manner than traditional lab- fabricated restorations.

Zirconia is a ceramic material that has been used to create substructures in cosmetic dentistry to give crowns and bridges a whiter brighter more translucent quality. Zirconia is 100% biocompatible and crowns and bridges based on Zirconia are the strongest and most aesthetically translucent restorations available in dentistry today up to five times stronger than all porcelain restorations. Nothing looks more like natural teeth!

In the past, dentists used to say that crowns or bridges need to be replaced every five or ten years, but while the porcelain may chip or need repair, a crown or bridge substructure created with Crystal Zirconia should last a lifetime, and includes a lifetime warranty when milled by a certified dental laboratory.
